The dancer Héron wants nothing more than to be seen for her hard work and her perfectionism. However, just before a big performance, her long-time dance partner is suddenly replaced: Héron now finds herself with a new dance partner – Celeste. Celeste is the exact opposite of Héron: inexperienced, free-spirited, and completely undisciplined.
In her attempt to defend her position in the ensemble, Héron is increasingly confronted with her own limits – and with the question of how much of herself she is willing to sacrifice for the choreography.
