The film is set in a self-storage facility: an anonymous, sterile place made up of countless storage units. For the film’s characters, however, these spaces become places where they can exist without judgement. Between shelves, boxes and locked doors, each character creates a fragile, personal world of their own, transforming the impersonal storage units into places where longing, intimacy and vulnerability can find expression. Their stories form a quiet portrait of a society in which one needs a place outside of everyday life to fully be oneself.
