Before a camera, six people perform actions that they have chosen regarding their own sexuality. What could do them good in their current life phase? What strengthens, helps, excites, enriches? Observing vulvas, making impressions of them, an oil ritual, a discussion with parents about the lack of sex education, addressing a foot fetish, making love while pregnant, exchanging views on penises, allowing themselves to be tied up, exposing themselves to the world and deconstructing shame...
